Weather Delays

We understand that weather can sometimes be a problem for consistent service.  We will use our make-up day/days for any time lost due to rain.  We will use our best judgment to keep your lawn looking beautiful.

Unlock Your Gates

Please make sure all back yards are accessible on your scheduled lawn care visit.  There will be no discounts for incomplete services due to locked gates, etc.

Damage to Property

Occasionally, tall grass can hide obstacles that we may damage.  We know this can be frustrating and we try to eliminate these occurences as much as possible.  We do not approve of work or estimates given by other companies without consent.  Please contact us to have damaged property (sprinkler heads, air conditioner lines, landscaping, etc.) repaired in a timely manner.
